1. Download the program WINRAR here

2. When you have installed the program, right click on the downloaded folder (it will look like a stack of books), and click “extract here”

3. You will get all the files i have included

4. Put the mods from the folder called “(MODERN TROPICAL DOCK HOUSE)” in your Mods/Packages folder located in My Documents

5. Install the house via launcher (sims3pack file)

6. Install the world Lucky Palms (optional)

7. play the game :)

I UPDATED the download links to MEDIAFIRE. The house is only archived(compressed) with winrar so you will not need to extract the world file, as it is the sims3pack itself. So download the house and the world from mediafire if you prefer so :)

Anyone who had problems with objects not showing up, re-download the house because i fixed the problem. Thanks
